From the date of your purchase, it usually only takes 7 days or less for your tiles to be dispatched from our factory. This includes packaging and processing time to ensure safe and accurate delivery. The delivery time will be determined at checkout.
We have successfully produced tiles for projects all over the world. We are very willing to provide freight quotations for international orders.
All of our products can be customized in color development. In addition to bricks, we also offer custom size or shape development for all materials. We also offer custom development of multi-color or single-color decorations. Color and size/shape development may require additional charges. Please consult the details of your specific project.
We do not charge an order handling fee, except for commercial orders that enjoy bulk discounts. Orders that enjoy bulk discounts and require pallets or crates will be charged a fee of $20 per pallet or crate.
If you are not yet ready to receive your order, we will provide free warehousing service for two weeks after the order is completed. We are an open-air factory located in California and are unable to store orders for customers for a long time. If you need more time, we can arrange warehousing services for you. The cost starts from $25 per pallet per day and the full payment must be made before shipment.
The quantity of our shipment is 1.1 times the order quantity. The excess part is used for the loss of goods.
Yes, we offer free samples. The freight charges need to be borne by yourself.
UHome is willing to accept returns of tiles with quality issues within 180 days after your order. Please read the following information carefully.
General Guidelines for returns:
- We are willing to return and refund goods with quality problems for you.
- Return period: The product can be returned within 180 days from the order date. Please note that by installing the product, you accept its material. Regrettably, once the installation is completed, we will no longer accept returns.
- Freight and Handling Fee: The customer is responsible for the return freight. UHome can assist in arranging returns upon customer request. Although the shipping cost is borne by the customer, we are committed to ensuring a smooth return process.
- Product condition: All returned products must be in their original packaging and keep the packaging boxes intact to prevent damage caused by the fragility of the products.
